No-Refund Policy (Credit Purchases)
STUDIOMART CREDIT PURCHASE POLICY
All StudioMart Connect credit purchases are final.
Credits are digital goods that are immediately made available to a user's account upon successful payment.
Because credits are digital products and may be used immediately after purchase, StudioMart Connect does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cash redemptions for purchased credits except where required by applicable law.
Users are responsible for reviewing their purchase before completing a transaction.
StudioMart Connect reserves the right to investigate fraudulent activity, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions and may issue adjustments when legally required or deemed appropriate by StudioMart Connect management.
